More than 201.5 million rubles have been allocated for the reconstruction of heating networks at the Avtozavod.

May 25, 2026 1:00 PM Society In the Avtozavodsky district of Nizhny Novgorod, the continuation of the reconstruction of heating networks is planned. 201.5 million rubles have been allocated for the construction and installation works of the second phase of the project. This was reported on the state procurement portal. The competition is being conducted by LLC "Teploseti". Only small and medium-sized enterprises can participate in it. Applications are accepted from May 22 to June 10, with results announced on July 7. Funding is allocated over two years: 82.4 million rubles are planned for 2026, and 119.1 million rubles for 2027. The contractor will be required to construct hot water supply pipelines T3 and T4 as part of the project "Construction and Reconstruction of Heating Networks and Facilities on Them to Improve the Efficiency of the Hot Water Supply System in the Avtozavodsky District TNS SG-1" (Phase 2). Reconstruction of the heating and hot water supply pipeline from house No. 10 to house No. 30 on Molodezhny Avenue is also planned. Work is expected to begin on the date of the contract signing. The construction and installation phase must be completed by September 30, 2027, and landscaping by October 15, 2027. The contract will be valid until December 30, 2027, including the preparation of all executive and acceptance documentation. Previously, nearly 183 million rubles were allocated for the reconstruction of heating networks in the Avtozavodsky district. The project includes the third phase of the construction of hot water supply pipelines, as well as the updating of sections of the heating pipeline on Ilyich Avenue - from house No. 7 to No. 21 and from No. 27 to No. 29. It should be noted that currently more than 55% of consumers of the Avtozavodskaya CHPP are connected via a dead-end single-pipe system from the 1970s, which lacks water circulation, and the temperature at the tap depends on the volume of consumption. In 2026, there are plans to switch 41 houses to a new hot water supply scheme. NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" has channels on Telegram and MAX.
