The expertise approved the hotel project in the Three Saints quarter.

      May 22, 2026 15:58 Culture and Leisure The project for the construction of a hotel with an underground parking lot in the Three Saints Quarter has received a positive conclusion from a non-governmental expert review. This is reported in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. The construction is planned on Novaya Street. The developer is the Nizhny Novgorod LLC "Frigate". The preparation of project documentation was carried out by LLC "Volgovyatproekstroy", LLC NPO "Archstroy", and LLC "Remstroyproekt". The examination of the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys was conducted by LLC "Prommash Test Expertise". In January 2026, the regional Ministry of Urban Development approved changes to the planning and zoning project for this quarter. Adjustments were required for the implementation of the development agreement for the built-up area, concluded with LLC "Frigate" in December 2014. The project provides for the construction of a four-story hotel. The total area of the territory within the project boundaries is 5.041 hectares, of which 1280 square meters is allocated directly for construction. The total floor area of the building will be 4630 square meters. The hotel will accommodate 76 rooms and an underground parking lot for 32 vehicles. The construction is expected to be completed by September 26, 2029. It should be noted that in March 2026, the Three Saints Quarter was included in the register of cultural heritage sites of regional significance.
