This information has been published in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. The documentation and results of engineering surveys were checked by the State Autonomous Institution of Nizhny Novgorod "Department of State Expertise of Project Documentation and Engineering Surveys Results". The developer is the State Autonomous Institution of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The technical customer and project developers are the Joint Stock Company "Road Construction Company 'Avtoban'" and the Limited Liability Company "Institute of Construction and Design". Earlier, the regional Ministry of Construction approved the planning project for the area to the northeast of the village of Nikulskoye in the Kstovo district for the Eastern Bypass. The document includes, among other things, the reconstruction of the road Afonino - Nikulskoye. Let us remind you that the bypass project is divided into three stages. They involve the modernization of the existing road within the boundaries of Nikulskoye to meet the standards for public transport, the reconstruction of the section along the embankment of the Rowing Canal - from the area of house No. 459 in the settlement of Podnovye to the junction of Lysogorskaya Street, and the construction of a new section with a two-level interchange above the regional highway "Nizhny Novgorod - Kstovo". Two concessions are planned for the construction. The total cost of implementation exceeds 200 billion rubles.
