Transneft - Upper Volga JSC is opening a targeted recruitment of students for 2026.

      On May 20, 2026, at 10:01, the company JSC "Transneft - Upper Volga" (a subsidiary of PJSC "Transneft") is opening a targeted recruitment of students to form a personnel reserve until 2030. In 2026, the enterprise will provide seven targeted positions for novice specialists in five in-demand fields. Training will take place at the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas and the Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University named after R.E. Alekseev.

      Until June 10, 2026, offers for targeted training will be published on the "Work in Russia" portal, indicating the requirements for candidates, a list of educational programs, and support measures.

      The targeted positions are distributed as follows:

      Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas:

      1 position - "Informatics and Computer Engineering" (employment in the Nizhny Novgorod region);

      2 positions - "Electric Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering" (employment in the Moscow region);

      1 position - "Technological Machines and Equipment" (employment in the Ryazan region);

      2 positions - "Oil and Gas Business" (employment in the Nizhny Novgorod region).

      Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University named after R.E. Alekseev:

      1 position - "Automation of Technological Processes" (employment in the Vladimir region).

      Students who sign a contract are guaranteed employment after graduation and an internship at the enterprise with credit for work experience, as well as a monthly stipend supplement: 7,500 rubles or 10,000 rubles for excellent students.

      If the number of applicants wishing to be enrolled in the targeted admission quota exceeds the available positions, a competition will be held based on the total scores of the entrance examinations. Document submission to universities will take place from June 20 to July 25, 2026, through the government services portal.
