      May 20, 2026 11:39 Economy A project to localize the production of transparent structures is planned to be implemented in the territory of the special economic zone "Kulibin" in Dzerzhinsk. Relevant information has been published on the investment portal of the Nizhny Novgorod region. The project proposes the construction of a modern factory with the localization of all technological processes, namely - manufacturing, assembly, glazing, testing, bunkering, and loading. The initiator is the international manufacturing company Innovative Facade Solutions from Saudi Arabia, which implements projects worldwide, including in the UK, Jordan, UAE, Philippines, Bahrain, and Qatar. The initiative, which will cost 1.96 billion rubles, offers advantages such as international experience in technological partnership, full-cycle production, and scalability. The project, which is planned to be implemented over three years, will create 230 jobs. According to forecasts, its payback period will be six years. The location for the construction of the factory is still being chosen. The site must have an area of 3 hectares, and the production complex itself will occupy 12,000 square meters.
