      May 19, 2026 12:13 Economy Non-tax revenues of the budget of Nizhny Novgorod for the results of 2025 amounted to 7.5 billion rubles. This became known at a meeting of the permanent commission of the city duma on economic development, industry, entrepreneurship, and tourism. As reported by acting director of the department of economic development and investments Yulia Masyukova, compared to 2024, the volume of non-tax revenues increased by 11.9% and reached 7 billion 514.3 million rubles. According to her, municipal regulation includes the establishment of tariffs for services and works of municipal enterprises and institutions, as well as determining the amounts of fees in the social, housing, and property sectors. Over the past year, the department established 2,650 tariffs for paid services. Of these, 1,771 tariffs were revised, and another 879 were approved for the first time for new services. The chairman of the commission, Sergey Plyaskin, noted that the growth of non-tax revenues is also related to the expansion of the list of services provided by municipal enterprises and organizations. "It is very important that the city increases its non-tax revenues year by year," he emphasized. Following the discussion, the deputies took the information into account.
