Sber and Lobachevsky University are launching joint projects to train a new generation of specialists.

Lobachevsky Nizhny Novgorod State University, Oleg Trofimov, signed an agreement on cooperation in promoting new competencies and professions. The signing took place during the "CIPR" conference (12+).

      Natalia Demina, manager of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of Sberbank:

      "The agreement signed today opens up additional opportunities for university students to immerse themselves in real banking processes, innovative technologies, and scientific research. This will allow future specialists to gain valuable knowledge and experience interacting with leading representatives of business and the economy even during their studies, which will significantly strengthen their competitiveness in the labor market. The joint work of Sber and NNGU will help cultivate specialists ready to develop the region and contribute to its well-being."

      The document provides for the joint implementation of educational, scientific, career guidance, educational, and informational projects. Among the planned initiatives are the launch of acceleration programs aimed at developing youth entrepreneurship. In addition, the parties agreed to support the university's digital infrastructure and implement modern teaching technologies, which will improve the educational environment and bring it closer to the demands of the real economy.
