Parking has been restricted in several areas in the center of Nizhny Novgorod.

      On May 18, 2026, at 19:14 Society In Nizhny Novgorod, temporary restrictions on stopping and parking vehicles will be in effect until 18:00 on May 21, 2026, on several central streets. This concerns the section of Pozharsky Street - from Minin and Pozharsky Square to house No. 4 on Piskunov Street. The restrictions will also affect Piskunov Street - from house No. 4 to house No. 15 on Bolshaya Pokrovskaya and house No. 1 on Theater Square. Drivers are asked to clear the specified areas of vehicles in advance before the restrictions take effect. Cars left in the closed area will be moved. You can clarify information about the moved vehicles by calling 417−17−07. It was previously reported that due to a music festival, Chkalovskaya Stairs is temporarily closed.
