      In Nizhny Novgorod, planned power outages will take place on May 19. A total of 25 residential buildings, a kindergarten, and several medical institutions will temporarily be without electricity. This was reported on the website of the Emergency Situations Ministry. From 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the following buildings will be affected: No. 1, 5, 7, and 9 on 6th Microdistrict Street, as well as No. 2, 4, and 6 on Shnitnikova Street. From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, electricity will be cut off in buildings No. 16, 18, 24, 26, 28, 30, 34, 36, and 40 on Svobody Street. During this time, the children's clinic No. 2 and the medical clinic "Es-Medik" will also be without power. Additionally, the outages will affect kindergarten No. 184 and buildings No. 67 and 69 on Kuybysheva Street. From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there will be no electricity in building No. 35 on Sivashevskaya Street, in buildings No. 35 and 37 on Oktyabrskaya Revolution Street, as well as in buildings No. 4, 5, 6, and 7 in Kholodny Lane.
