The car wash at the Auto Plant was shut down due to violations.

      On May 18, 2026, at 12:59, Society In Nizhny Novgorod, the court suspended the activities of a self-service car wash on Norilskaya Street. This was reported by the regional office of Rospotrebnadzor.

      Specialists from the Avtozavodsky territorial department conducted an inspection following the previously imposed suspension of the activities of individual entrepreneur Smotrakov A.A. It turned out that the violations had not been rectified. In particular, the project for the sanitary protection zone of the car wash, with calculations of possible air pollution and physical impact, was not confirmed by the necessary studies and measurements, as required by sanitary regulations.

      Agency employees drew up a protocol under part 1 of Article 6.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation and sent the materials to the Lenin District Court.

      On May 8, the court found the entrepreneur guilty and imposed a penalty in the form of suspending the car wash's operations at the address: Norilskaya Street, 6a, for a period of 30 days.
