Gleb Nikitin noted that the energy facility modernization program being implemented in the region has significantly reduced accidents and avoided mass technological disruptions during peak load periods in the autumn and winter. According to him, it is now important not only to ensure stable energy supply for residents and operating enterprises but also to create technical conditions in advance for the construction of new housing and the launch of production facilities. Andrey Ryumin emphasized that the Nizhny Novgorod Region is one of the leading technological centers in the country, and the reliable operation of the network complex is crucial for the implementation of new industrial projects.

      "In 2026, we will allocate more than 17 billion rubles for modernization and infrastructure development. We will complete the reconstruction of the main substation that supplies the southeast of Nizhny Novgorod, the Bogorodsky and Kstovsky districts. In Olgino and Novinki, where a lot of housing is currently being built, we plan to introduce new 110 kV facilities," he reported.

      The participants of the meeting paid special attention to issues of technological connection. By the end of 2025, the Rosseti Group provided electricity supply to more than 10,500 facilities, including medical institutions, schools, and apartment buildings. Additionally, the implementation of the repair program was discussed. In 2026, its funding will exceed 3.2 billion rubles, which is more than 200 million rubles higher compared to the previous year.
