As part of the visit, meetings were held with residents, representatives of the administration, employees of cultural and educational institutions, as well as volunteers. During the open dialogue in Gagino, key issues regarding the development of rural areas were discussed: the implementation of federal decisions, prospects for attracting additional funding, staffing, support for young specialists, and the accessibility of rural mortgage programs. One of the central topics was the need to create conditions for retaining youth in rural areas. Residents made proposals for improving comprehensive rural development programs and expanding mechanisms for preferential rural mortgages. Special attention was paid to issues of social support for large families, including the initiative for early retirement for parents of many children. “I completed my working trip to the Gagino district. At meetings with residents, we talked about topics that are really important for the territory today. People raised specific issues and made their suggestions,” noted Yuri Stankevich. Also during the meeting, issues of rational use of forest resources were discussed, including the possibilities for sanitary cleaning of forests and the collection of deadwood by citizens. On the way to Nizhny Novgorod, the deputy visited the village of Vetoshkino, where he met with volunteers providing support to participants in the special military operation. Activists are engaged in the production of camouflage nets, individual capes, and "dry shower" kits. The parliamentarian expressed gratitude to the volunteers for their contribution and emphasized his readiness to assist the volunteer headquarters. “In such a lively, maximally candid dialogue with people, we determine the priorities of the pre-election People's Program of the United Russia party, in order to conduct a corresponding dialogue with the government. This way, we can address the issues that residents talk about regarding the further development of social infrastructure: clinics, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, cultural centers, and youth centers,” emphasized Yuri Stankevich, summarizing the trip.
