      File a report for the lost luggage

      First, you need to file a report for the search of your luggage. This can be done at the airline's service desk. Be sure to have all the necessary documents with you: your ticket, baggage receipt, and identification.

      Find out the search timeframes

      Airlines are required to search for lost luggage within 21 days. After this period, the luggage is considered lost, and you can claim compensation.

      Submit a compensation claim

      If the luggage has not been found within the established timeframe, submit a claim for compensation. Compensation conditions may vary depending on the airline, so it is advisable to familiarize yourself with the rules in advance.

      What to do if the airline does not help?
