D) of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Children's Clinical Hospital on Vaneeva Street did not pass state examination. This information was published in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. The developer is a medical institution, and the preparation of project documentation was carried out by the state enterprise of the Nizhny Novgorod region for the completion and restoration of real estate objects. The negative conclusion was issued by the regional department of state examination of project documentation and engineering surveys results. It was previously reported that in 2026, more than 1.65 billion rubles are planned to be allocated from the regional budget for the major renovation of the hospital and its equipping with modern medical equipment. The update of the NODKB is part of a large-scale project "Health Quarter," which is being implemented in Nizhny Novgorod. In addition to modernizing the children's hospital, it provides for the development of infrastructure in conjunction with the Research Institute - Specialized Cardiovascular Surgery Clinical Hospital named after B.A. Korolev. As part of the project, it is planned, in particular, to centralize laboratories, the food block, transportation services, and divisions responsible for the maintenance of buildings and territory, as well as landscaping with the creation of convenient access roads and parking lots.
