The Lukoyanov judicial officers transferred a Ford Fusion car, confiscated from a man for driving under the influence, for the needs of the special military operation.
The 58-year-old citizen had already been subjected to administrative punishment for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. However, he again got behind the wheel while drunk, as a result of which he was brought to criminal responsibility under part 1 of article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated by a person who has been subjected to administrative punishment or has a criminal record). According to the court's verdict, the Ford Fusion belonging to the man must be confiscated and transferred to state ownership.
The corresponding enforcement proceedings were initiated at the Lukoyanov district department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Nizhny Novgorod region. An officer of the service imposed a lien on the vehicle and drew up a seizure report. The judicial officer also sent a request to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation with a proposal to transfer the Ford Fusion for the needs of the special military operation. Representatives of the military department considered that the car would be a good support for the fighters at the front.
The enforcement officer handed over the vehicle to representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation by an acceptance-transfer act, and the enforcement proceedings were completed with actual execution. M. V. Gavrilina
