The initial maximum contract price is 66.7 million rubles. The work is scheduled for 12 months—from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until May 14, and the results are planned to be announced on May 18. In addition, major renovations are planned at the clinic of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of Nizhny Novgorod "Buturlinskaya Central District Hospital" on Lenin Street. The initial contract price is 20.7 million rubles. The work must be completed from the date following the conclusion of the contract and finished by September 30, 2026, inclusive.
