Another construction company will increase production thanks to the national project.

      May 8, 2026 15:26 Economy Experts from the Regional Competence Center (RCC) together with employees of LLC "NNDK General Contractor" summarized the interim results of implementing lean technology tools at the enterprise as part of the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy." Specialists from the regional competence center have been working at the participating enterprises of the federal project for six months. After three months, an Information Day is held, during which RCC experts and the project team summarize the results and present the final action plan for achieving the goals to the enterprise's management. The company specializes in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. The process of acceptance and transfer of shared construction facilities in the residential complex was chosen as the pilot flow. "The enterprise's working group, together with specialists from the regional competence center, analyzed the process at the pilot site and identified eight problems. Among them are the need to duplicate reporting and update data in two systems, as well as time losses when coordinating the acceptance and transfer date of the shared construction facility with the client. A plan of activities was proposed for each of these points. The implementation of the RCC specialists' proposals will allow for a 26 percent increase in output by the time the project is completed," said Maxim Cherkasov, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. RCC experts have already trained 14 employees of the company in lean technologies and are preparing three internal trainers who will subsequently be able to conduct training independently. In the Nizhny Novgorod Region, lean technologies are being implemented by eight construction companies. A total of 318 regional companies are participants in the federal project "Labor Productivity."
