The Nizhny Novgorod Personnel Center invites you to job fairs in May.

      The Nizhny Novgorod personnel center "Work of Russia" will continue its series of job fairs for residents of the region in May. The events will take place in Nizhny Novgorod and in the district branches of the employment service. Job seekers will be presented with in-demand vacancies from various sectors of the agro-industrial complex and housing and communal services, industrial enterprises, and social institutions. Visitors to the fairs will be able to learn about the labor market situation, the most sought-after professions, and available training programs. Special attention will be given to assisting citizens in finding employment in vacancies for skilled trades that are needed in the regional labor market. Among them are mechanics, locksmiths, electricians, welders, seamstresses, cooks, turners, and others. All citizens who are actively seeking work are invited to participate: the unemployed and those wishing to change jobs, participants of the Special Military Operation (SMO) and their family members, people with disabilities, as well as those planning to acquire a new profession or improve their qualifications. Employment service specialists will provide consultations on resume writing and interview preparation, inform about state support measures, free training within the framework of the national project "Personnel," organize career orientation testing, and teach how to use the "Work of Russia" portal. "Special attention in May will be given to teenagers who want to find temporary work for the summer holidays. Summer is already close, and many teenagers want to spend their holidays productively – not only to relax but also to earn their first money and gain valuable work experience. It will also be useful for parents to come; we will explain how to properly formalize labor relations with minors, what documents are needed, and what benefits are available. For job seekers, the fair is an opportunity to get acquainted with dozens of offers from different companies in one place, communicate directly with representatives of HR departments, ask all their questions, and undergo a preliminary interview.
