The Nizhny Novgorod branch of "T Plus" has completed the heating season and has begun hydraulic testing of the thermal networks.

      May 6, 2026 09:50 Society In accordance with the orders of the heads of local self-government, the Nizhny Novgorod branch of "T Plus" completed the heating season in Nizhny Novgorod and the Kstovo district on May 5 and in Dzerzhinsk on May 6. At the same time, heat energy specialists began conducting hydraulic tests of the thermal networks to prepare them for the heating period of 2026-2027. During the tests, hot water supply to customers in Dzerzhinsk and the Kstovo district will be sequentially turned off according to a schedule agreed upon with the administrations of the municipalities. Hydraulic tests (pressure tests) of thermal networks are a mandatory and effective method for diagnosing their condition. They allow for the identification of weakened areas in the pipelines so that they can be replaced during the repair campaign and ensure reliable heat supply next winter. During the tests, the thermal networks are checked under increased pressure of the network water. We ask residents to be attentive and observe safety measures during the pressure tests and repair work: — do not stay near pipelines and thermal chambers; — do not park vehicles near energy facilities and in the security zones of the thermal networks; — do not attempt to walk or drive through water flowing on the road; — do not enter fenced areas where repair work is being conducted.
