The reason was numerous appeals from residents, which, according to them, had long been unaddressed. The head of the agency, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the head of the regional department, Ayrat Akhmetshin, to present a detailed report on the progress of the investigation and the measures taken. He also demanded attention be paid to solving the very problem that the citizens are talking about.
