Woodpecker Gor and fawn Nino settled in the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin.

      On May 4, 2026, at 12:31, Culture and Leisure: Two new metal mini-sculptures have appeared in the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin. The urban space has been adorned with symbols of the Volga capital - Woody the Woodpecker and fawn Nino. The fawn with a magnifying glass is located inside the fortress. It is kneeling and carefully examining a model of ancient Nizhny Novgorod.

      Woody the Woodpecker is situated on the observation deck near the Northern Tower. He seems to be watching over the city from above.

      A plaque with a QR code is placed under the sculptures. By scanning it, you can learn about the history of the mascots.
