Two kindergartens based on KRT projects have begun construction in Nizhny Novgorod.

      On May 4, 2026, at 12:49 PM, Society Construction of two kindergartens as part of the KRT has started in Nizhny Novgorod. The work is being carried out by investors who are the rights holders of the land plots, as reported in the MAX channel "Development Strategy of the Nizhny Novgorod Region."

      One of the kindergartens will be located at Sennaya Square as part of a new residential complex within the boundaries of Turgenev Street and Boynovsky Lane. The institution is designed for 200 places. It is planned to be put into operation simultaneously with the first phase of the residential complex construction.

      Another kindergarten will be built in the Sormovsky Park area. The project is being implemented within the boundaries of Lindovskaya, Biyskaya, and Komintern Streets. The institution will be able to accommodate 90 children.

      Let us remind you that currently, there are 27 KRT agreements in the region. Under these agreements, it is planned to build 3.2 million square meters of housing with accompanying infrastructure for 104,000 residents. In particular, investors have committed to construct 22 kindergartens with a total of 4,033 places.
