In five cases, the applicants withdrew their requests due to a lack of need for assistance, and the fate of seven other citizens remains unknown. According to the data from the RYS' search and rescue center, since the beginning of 2026, there have been 429 registered disappearances in the Nizhny Novgorod region, among which 213 are minors. Of this number, 392 people were found alive, and 12 residents of Nizhny Novgorod were found deceased. Only in March of this year, the organization received 145 requests for searches, and volunteers managed to find 127 people alive, while four other residents of the region were found without signs of life.
