Nizhny Novgorod residents are invited to become "Ambassadors of the Pushkin Card."
On May 4, 2026, at 17:39 Culture and Recreation Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region aged 14 to 21 are invited to participate in the "Ambassadors of the Pushkin Card" competition (12+), by submitting an application by May 11. The competition is held with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation as part of the national project "Family."
The competition aims to popularize the "Pushkin Card" program among young people, as well as to create a community of active young leaders promoting cultural events in various regions of Russia. It will bring together schoolchildren, college students, technical school students, and university students, as well as residents of "creative industries schools" from all over Russia—everyone who is passionate about culture and ready to share it.
Participants can compete individually or as part of a team from their school, university, or vocational school—a special team nomination unites from 3 to 7 people for the joint promotion of cultural events.
To participate in the competition, it is necessary to register in the project's chatbot in the "MAX" messenger: max.ru/ambassador_pushkincard_bot and attach a motivational application in video format. After submitting the application, participants whose profiles pass moderation will enter an educational online accelerator, where leading experts in the field of culture will talk about project implementation and creating engaging and interesting content. It will take place from May 18 to June 1. Then each participant will visit cultural institutions and share information about cultural events on their social networks—from June 1 to August 31, they must make three posts on their "VKontakte" page. The jury will consider the following criteria: the number of publications, the quality of posts, their originality, and the user reach of the publication.
Winners of the project will be announced on September 15, and the award ceremony will take place in October 2026. The main prize of the project will be the title of "Ambassador of the Pushkin Card," the opportunity to visit any cultural institution in the country within a year, promotion on social networks "VKontakte" and national projects of Russia, as well as participation in an information campaign to promote the "Pushkin Card."
