The updated list includes 60-year-old Sergey Lukovnikov, born in the village of Maloe Kozino in the Balakhna district. The reason for his inclusion in the list is not specified. It was previously reported that a resident of Arzamas was sentenced to 15 years in prison for setting fire to a military enlistment office and the cars of his former partner.
