      Nizhny Novgorod's "Normanochka" became the bronze medalist of the Russian futsal championship among women in the 2025/2026 season. In the third match of the series for third place, the team achieved a confident victory over St. Petersburg's "Aurora." The match ended with a score of 5:0 in favor of the Nizhny Novgorod team. The main lead was established in the first half. Goals were scored by Kristina Leven, Alexandra Samorodova, Irina Pravidina, and Evgenia Kovalenko. After the break, "Normanochka" secured their success: the fifth goal was scored by Ksenia Olkova. The Nizhny Novgorod team won all three matches of the bronze series - 6:2, 4:1, and 5:0.
