The state expertise has once again rejected the medical hub project in Vyksa.

May 2, 2026 14:53 Society The construction project of a medical hub on Kutuzov Street in Vyksa, Nizhny Novgorod Region, has once again received a negative conclusion from the state expertise. The information is posted in the EGRZ. The project documentation and the results of engineering surveys were submitted for expertise. The negative conclusion was issued on April 30. The developer is LLC "MEDSI VYKSA." In March 2025, the project to create the hub had already received a negative conclusion from the state expertise. It should be noted that the concession agreement for the creation of the medical hub was concluded in 2023. The complex is expected to include a clinical diagnostic center with a dental department and an ambulance station, as well as a maternity hospital. The clinical diagnostic center is designed for at least 100 visits per shift in the outpatient-polyclinic sector and no less than 300 hospital beds. The maternity hospital is planned to have at least 30 beds. The investment volume in the project is estimated at 5.3 billion rubles. Initially, construction was planned to start in 2024, but then the start of work was postponed to 2025. It was previously reported that the project for the construction of a kindergarten for 150 places on Kazan Highway received a positive conclusion from the state expertise.
