The accident occurred on May 3 at around 12:30 on the first kilometer of the Ushakovo-Venets road. According to preliminary information, the man, while navigating a long turn with a slope, did not choose a safe speed, lost control, and as a result, the moped overturned. The elderly driver sustained bodily injuries and died at the scene before the ambulance crew arrived. Currently, the circumstances of the incident are being investigated. An investigative operational group is working at the accident site. It was previously reported that a criminal case was initiated due to a fatal traffic accident in the Kanavinsky district.
