      A criminal case has been opened following the death of a 43-year-old woman in a traffic accident on Litvinova Street in Nizhny Novgorod. This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region.

      Recall that the tragedy occurred on April 29 around ten in the evening near house No. 33. A 19-year-old guy driving a BMW did not maintain a safe distance and crashed into three vehicles traveling in the same direction: a Volkswagen, a Changan, and a Lada Granta. As a result, the passenger of the Volkswagen sustained injuries incompatible with life.

      The case has been initiated under the article "Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles." The perpetrator of the accident fully admitted his guilt, and the investigation is ongoing. The police urge drivers to be more attentive behind the wheel at night, choose a safe speed considering the weather, and avoid dangerous maneuvers.
