This was reported by the press services of the agencies. The mother of the injured child shared on social media that the driver of bus No. 38 trapped her 9-year-old disabled son's neck in the doors. According to the woman, this happened at the "Administration of the Lenin District" stop on April 30. The regional Ministry of Transport apologized for the incident and stated that an investigation was conducted regarding the matter. During the investigation, it was revealed that the boy was in a "blind" zone, so the driver could not see him. As soon as the doors made contact with the passenger, the "anti-trap" system was activated. The doors opened immediately. The driver was reminded about safety procedures and received a warning, the relevant ministry added. Investigators and the prosecutor's office are now looking into the incident.
