A 56-year-old man burned to death in a nighttime fire in Bor.

      On May 2, 2026, at 09:00, Incidents A deadly fire occurred in Bor, Nizhny Novgorod region. A residential building caught fire on Telman Street, reported the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations. The fire covered an area of about 100 square meters. Five units of equipment and 17 firefighters participated in the extinguishing efforts. Unfortunately, as a result of the incident, a man born in 1969 died.

      Currently, investigators from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia are determining the cause of the incident.
