The center of Nizhny Novgorod will not be closed on May 1, 3, 5, and 7.

      On April 30, 2026, at 16:28, the Society reported that there will be no transport restrictions in the center of Nizhny Novgorod before May 9, as announced by the city hall press service.

      Recently, it became clear that for security reasons, the authorities decided to cancel the military parade. Accordingly, the previously announced restrictions on Minin Square and the adjacent streets on May 1, 3, 5, and 7 are no longer valid.
