Sergey Goncharuk remains with Nizhny Novgorod's "Torpedo" for another two years.

      April 28, 2026 14:47 Sports Forward Sergey Goncharuk will continue to play for Nizhny Novgorod's Torpedo. The hockey player has signed a new one-way contract for another two seasons. Goncharuk is one of the veterans of the club. He has spent 7 seasons with Torpedo, played 395 games, and scored 151 points. "Sergey Goncharuk is already a familiar name for Torpedo, directly associated with the club. We are happy to extend our relationship with him and believe that he will showcase his best qualities both on the ice and in the locker room, helping to nurture the talented young generation of our hockey players," noted the club's general director Evgeny Zabuga. In the 2025/2026 season, the 26-year-old forward played 66 games in the regular season and scored 33 points (17+16). In the playoffs, he played 10 games and recorded 6 points (3+3).
