      A resident of Nizhny Novgorod thanked the 714th ambulance brigade for their support in a stressful situation – the woman expressed her gratitude in a letter to the Minister of Health. This was reported by the editor-in-chief of MIA "Stationary-Press," Alexey Nikонов.

      The woman needed emergency assistance in the dentist's office – her blood pressure rose to 180/120. The medics from the 714th brigade arrived, performed an ECG on the patient, and administered medications. After that, the woman was taken to City Hospital No. 5. The way the brigade performed their duties prompted the woman to reach out to the Ministry of Health.

      "Throughout the journey, they showed genuine concern, maintained a dialogue to distract me from my anxiety. Their sensitivity helped me cope with the stress in this emergency situation," the patient said. The woman requested to reward the medics. According to her, it is people like them who restore faith in domestic medicine. Recently, we reported that Nizhny Novgorod doctors saved a 29-year-old patient with three heart attacks.
