      A woman from Nizhny Novgorod wrote a letter to the Minister of Health requesting to reward the 714th ambulance crew. The medics not only did their job but also helped her deal with severe stress. This story was shared by the editor-in-chief of "Statsionar-Press," Alexey Nikonov.

      It all happened right in the dentist's chair: the woman's blood pressure suddenly rose to 180 over 120. The situation was critical, and many people panic in such moments. The medics who arrived at the call acted clearly according to protocol: they took an electrocardiogram, administered medications, and transported the patient to the fifth hospital.

      But what she remembered was not that. "They showed genuine concern the whole way, maintained a dialogue to distract me from anxiety. Their sensitivity helped me cope with stress in an emergency situation," the woman shared. It was this kind of human attitude that prompted her to reach out to the minister with a request to reward the crew.
