The historic mansion of Ilina in the center of Nizhny Novgorod has been put up for auction.

This was reported by Deputy Governor Yegor Polyakov on his Max channel. The building is a cultural heritage site and is located at Minin Street, 21, within walking distance from the Kremlin and the Upper Volga Embankment. The total area of the building is 371.9 sq. m, and the area of the land plot is 794 sq. m. The house is designed in eclectic traditions with elements of classicism. The mansion is valued at 10.6 million rubles. According to the deputy governor, there is a technical possibility to connect to all types of engineering networks. One possible option for the use of the property is the placement of a hotel. "The location of the building is extremely attractive for commercial and residential real estate, due to its good transport accessibility and historical-geographical characteristics of the area," noted Yegor Polyakov. The deputy governor also reminded that current information about properties planned for sale is published on the portal of historical real estate in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
