The project was prepared by the companies "Promservice," "Petroproject," and the engineering center "Gradus" on behalf of the State Budgetary Institution of the Nizhny Novgorod Region "Nizhny Novgorod Construction Customer." It should be noted that in December, the state expert examination issued a negative conclusion regarding the project. It was previously reported that the construction of the kindergarten is provided for in the planning documentation for the territory in the Kazan Highway area.
