The Penza Transport Prosecutor's Office has submitted a criminal case to the court regarding the non-payment of wages to employees of the enterprise in the amount of over 14.6 million rubles.
The Penza Transport Prosecutor's Office has approved the indictment in the criminal case against a 37-year-old resident of Voronezh. He is accused under Part 2 of Article 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (non-payment of wages). According to the investigation, from May to September 2025, the head of a commercial enterprise for the repair of railway cars partially failed to pay wages and other legally established payments to 63 employees for more than three months, and also allowed complete non-payment of wages to 28 workers for more than two months. The total debt exceeded 14.6 million rubles. The property of the enterprise worth more than 15 million rubles has been seized. The criminal case has been sent to the magistrate of judicial district No. 1 of the Morshansk district and the city of Morshansk in the Tambov region for consideration on the merits. As a result of measures taken by the prosecutor's office, the debt to the employees of the enterprise has been partially repaid in the amount of more than 6.1 million rubles.
