The tragedy occurred near the Dzerzhinsk station on the evening of April 23, reported the Central Interregional Transport Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia. Investigators have begun an inquiry under Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - "Violation of traffic safety rules and operation of railway transport".
