      On April 24, 2026, at 16:33, Incidents: A 15-year-old teenager has been detained in Kulebaki, accused of murdering a 16-year-old acquaintance.

      On the evening of April 22, a conflict occurred between the young men. During the altercation, one stabbed the other in the chest. The victim died.

      The attacker attempted to flee but was apprehended. The Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case under part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — murder. The progress of the investigation is under the control of the prosecutor's office. The supervisory agency also plans to assess the implementation of legislation on the prevention of neglect and offenses by minors.

      The police clarified that the attacker showed signs of intoxication. The results of the examination confirmed this. A 20-year-old acquaintance bought the alcoholic beverage for him — an administrative protocol was drawn up against him. The father of the minor suspect also received an administrative penalty.

      It was previously reported that a Nizhny Novgorod teenager received four years for a stabbing incident at school No. 117.
