The resolution has been published on the website of the Nizhny Novgorod administration. The site is located behind the "Nitelа" clinic. The object has been recognized as emergency and, as stated in the document, may pose a threat to the life and health of people. The regime began to take effect at 18:00 on March 19. The district administration has been instructed to mark dangerous areas with warning tape within the established zone, notify the owner of the need to restrict access to the territory, and organize constant monitoring of the building's condition. According to data from the "Yandex Maps" service, the unfinished building is located in a fenced area. According to the resource, a sports club operates there.
