Evgeny Chintsov discussed the outcome of the special military operation with Vladimir Putin.

      On April 21, 2026, at 18:48, Politics Speaker of the Nizhny Novgorod Duma, veteran of the Special Military Operation Evgeny Chintsov met with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin at the forum "Small Homeland - Strength of Russia."

      During the conversation, Chintsov expressed confidence in the outcome of the Special Military Operation, stating that "Victory will be ours." He added that, in his opinion, no side doubts this.

      In response, the head of state emphasized that military operations are "always an extremely complex and dangerous matter." He noted that Russia understands how everything should end, but public statements on this matter should not be made for now.

      "We will simply strive for the goals we have set for ourselves. I am confident they will be achieved," concluded Putin.

      It was previously reported that Evgeny Chintsov received the "Service" award for the patriotic project "Unity - the Path to Victory."
