On April 20, 2026, 13:54, the company "Rostelecom" presented the "Digital Hotel" service to participants in the hotel market of the Nizhny Novgorod region. The presentation took place on April 16 at the "Kulibin" business center in Nizhny Novgorod as part of an industry meeting organized by the publication "Delovoy Kvartal." Hotel owners, glamping and hostel operators, as well as representatives of regional authorities and hospitality industry experts participated in the event. The main topic of discussion was the digitalization of the industry and the transition to domestic solutions that will help businesses reduce costs and improve service quality.
The initiative meets current market demands: the flow of tourists to the region is growing, and with it, the burden on infrastructure is increasing. Hoteliers need new tools to enhance business efficiency. "Rostelecom" offers to automate key processes based on the domestic PMS (Property Management System) "Digital Hotel," developed by the operator for managing hotel services in a secure online environment.

"We have created a universal tool for the entire hospitality market — from small hotels to large chains. Our task was to combine a wide range of hotel functionalities on the 'Digital Hotel' platform and ensure the product's competitiveness with both foreign and Russian solutions. Checking available rooms, issuing invoices for payment, online registration, providing guests with electronic keys — all this is available in a single window. In addition, we have implemented modules that allow for inventory monitoring, tracking financial transactions, and accounting for staff working hours."
The "Digital Hotel" platform supports over 70 integrations with various systems. The product is included in the register of domestic software and maintains stable operation even under mobile internet restrictions. "Rostelecom" also presented an ecosystem of additional services that will make hotel businesses more technological. Among them are access control systems, video surveillance, speech analytics, television, delivery services, and digital advertising tools.
