The information was provided to NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.

      In first place is the highway Nizhny Novgorod — Kstovo on the segment from 7 to 8 km.

      In second place is the federal highway M-7 Moscow — Ufa from 361 to 362 km and from 460 to 461 km.

      Third place in the ranking is occupied by the federal highway M-12 "Vostok": there, accidents usually occur on the segments from 597 to 598 km and from 552 to 553 km.

      In fourth place, the police placed the highway Ryazhsk — Kasimov — Murom — Nizhny Novgorod in the Bogorodsky district (414-415 km).

      Closing the top 5 is the highway Nizhny Novgorod — Shakhunya — Kirov in the Krasnobakovsky district — there, the section from 167 to 168 km is considered dangerous.
