On April 19, 2026, at 12:24, the Society of the State Housing Inspection summarized the number of complaints from Nizhny Novgorod residents about management companies for the year 2025. This was reported by the portal "Living in Nizhny."
The highest number of complaints was received against the management company of the Kanavinsky district. More than 3,500 complaints were sent to the State Housing Inspection from its clients.
The second place in the number of complaints was taken by the management company of the Lenin district, which received about 3,000 complaints about its work over the year.
The third place went to the management company "Our House," which services a large part of the residential fund in the Avtozavodsky district. It received 2,900 complaints. Next on the list is the management company of the Soviet district with 2,456 complaints, and rounding out the top five is the management company of the Nizhny Novgorod district with 2,167 complaints.
The sixth position was taken by the management company of the Moscow district, which received 2,000 complaints over the year. In seventh place was the management company of the Prioksky district with 1,654 complaints.
The management company "Center of Housing and Utilities," operating in Sarov, received the fewest complaints among large companies, with only 49 registered complaints against it.
