It is located near the nuclear weapons museum. It was gifted to the city by colleagues from Snezhinsk in honor of the anniversary of RFNC-VNIIEF. "Allow me to congratulate the Sarov Nuclear Center on its 80th anniversary. Your team initiated the project to ensure the nuclear shield of our Motherland. Our gift is this art object," said the director of RFNC-VNIIEF (Snezhinsk), Mikhail Zheleznov, during the ceremonial opening of the sculptural composition. The art object symbolizes the power, strength, and strategic potential of the nuclear weapons complex of the Russian Federation. A bronze plaque with a significant quote from Russian President Vladimir Putin is affixed to the granite stone: "The taiga bear will not give up its territory to anyone," as a reminder of our country's resilience.

      "I am confident that the sculptural composition will attract the attention of Sarov residents and guests of the city," added the head of the city of Sarov, Alexey Safonov.
