      Representatives of the local branch of the "United Russia" party in the Kanavinsky district, together with a member of the regional political council of "United Russia," the chief physician of the City Clinical Hospital No. 29, and a Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation, Yulia Garevskaya, conducted an on-site monitoring of public and courtyard spaces.

      The square named after the Hero of the Soviet Union Nikolai Filchenkov became the first object on the route of the Party landing. In 2023, it looked abandoned, but today it has turned into a modern and cozy public space. Here, one can relax on benches and swings, and by May, residents will enjoy a dry fountain with lighting and appreciate modern illumination. The square has become a favorite place for relaxation for the residents of Kanavino and guests of the city.

      "I can't believe this is the same square! It used to be dirty, the flower beds saved the situation a bit, but it was definitely not cozy and beautiful. And now everything is just gorgeous: stylish benches, swings, a lit fountain — my great-granddaughter and I spend whole hours here. Finally, the place has become truly lively and pleasant," shared her impressions local resident Natalia Evseeva.

      During the inspection, the team assessed the surface, benches, trash bins, swings, and fencing of the square.

      "The square is actively used, so minor violations are inevitable, and that's normal. But everything is fine in terms of the main parameters. We inspected all the swings and checked the readiness of the dry fountain for launch. The bushes are trimmed, and the paths are swept. Of course, there are some minor everyday remarks, but people are working and maintaining order. This work is being carried out not only within the framework of the Party landing but also in cooperation with the head of the district, public organizations, and active residents," noted the secretary of the local branch of the "United Russia" party in the Kanavinsky district, Stanislav Prokopovich.

      The second point of visit was the square located within the apartment buildings No. 8, 11, 12, 13, and 14 "A" on Tonkinskaya Street. The area inside the courtyards provides ample space for walks, which is especially important for a neighborhood with a large number of children. A sports ground and a children's playground have appeared here.

      During the inspection, a minor violation was identified on the children's swings — a replacement of the fastening is required. The contractor promptly got involved and promised to resolve the issue in the shortest possible time.

      "Today's monitoring is not just an inspection, but an opportunity to see on the spot how the People's Program of 'United Russia' is being implemented. We saw that the courtyards have become more comfortable, safer, and more modern. People thank us for the new benches, even sidewalks, and lighting. The Party landing showed: when the authorities and the party work in conjunction with the residents, the results are quick to appear. We will continue to keep our finger on the pulse," emphasized the Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation, Yulia Garevskaya.

      Following the inspection, a monitoring report was compiled, and targeted proposals were formed for the district administration and relevant services. The results of the inspection have been taken under the control of the party's active members.

      Let us remind you, the Party landing is an effective tool for operational monitoring of regional development and timely response to residents' requests. One of the project's most important tasks is to monitor the implementation of the People's Program of the "United Russia" party.

      Since 2018, 23 squares have been improved in the Kanavinsky district as part of the "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment" program. During the work, paths were renewed, benches and trash bins were installed, landscaping was carried out, children's and sports grounds were organized, and lighting was improved, along with other elements that make public spaces more comfortable and modern.
