The students learned about the work of the regional parliament, participated in an exciting quiz, and asked Evgeny Lyulin numerous questions. Among them were winners of all-Russian Olympiads and creative competitions, representatives of the "Movement of the First," and young army members. They are interested in programming, theater, music, visual arts, video editing, and science – from microbiology to nuclear physics. Almost all of them are seriously engaged in sports – swimming, cross-country skiing, fencing, karate, hand-to-hand combat, equestrian sports, and among them are sports masters and candidates for masters of sports. In the meeting hall of the Legislative Assembly, the students immersed themselves so much in the role of deputies that they even elected their classmate, Matvey Pronchenko, as chairman, testing the electronic voting system. The high school students answered questions in the quiz about the work of the parliament. As a result, the first place was shared by the teams "PMM" and "Kremlin," to which Evgeny Lyulin presented commemorative gifts. The students asked questions about the development of industry, what enterprises will open in Dzerzhinsk, youth migration, and the role of sports in life. They inquired about how Evgeny Lyulin studied in school, whether he was ready to support esports, and whose advice to listen to when choosing a future profession. They even asked how to get the position of chairman of the Legislative Assembly. Evgeny Lyulin candidly answered all questions and shared his experiences with the students. The speaker of the regional parliament told the high school students about his first working day in the Legislative Assembly on April 26, 2002. At that time, he was nervous because the deputies elected him as chairman for the first time. The chairman of the regional parliament noted that he was pleased with the combination of high academic and sports achievements among the students. "My dream is for every person in our country to engage in physical education and sports from a young age. In Dzerzhinsk, we are implementing a program to build football fields in kindergartens. There are already 19 of them, but in the coming years, we will open such fields in every kindergarten," said the speaker of the regional parliament, Evgeny Lyulin. "It was very exciting, especially since I was sitting in the presidium next to the chairman of the Legislative Assembly, feeling his energy, that he really wants to help our entire district. It was very interesting to be in a building that holds the memory of historical events. I would like to see how a real session of the regional parliament takes place. And I definitely want to come back here," shared his impressions Matvey Pronchenko. Ivan Maslenitsyn, who plans to connect his life with politics, said that he really liked both the quiz and the students' questions and Evgeny Borisovich's answers: "He answered sincerely, from the heart." Veronika Yesina added that she would like as many schoolchildren as possible to come to the regional parliament and learn how laws are actually made.

At the end of the meeting, Evgeny Lyulin invited the students to come on Sunday, April 19, at 6:00 PM to the "Chemist" stadium in Dzerzhinsk to cheer for FC "Chemist," which will play a home match against the "Krylia Sovetov-2" team from Samara.
