Traffic movement on some streets will be temporarily restricted.

      From 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on April 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, and 24, 2026, as well as from 12:01 AM to 2:00 PM on May 1, 3, 5, and 7, 2026, traffic will be temporarily suspended along the embankment of the Rowing Canal (from the Kazan exit to house 112A on Sloboda Pechory Street).

      In connection with this, bus route No. 5 will be organized from Delovaya Street to the "Derevnya Pechory" stop in both directions.

      Also, from 12:01 AM to 2:00 PM on May 1, 3, 5, and 7, 2026, traffic will be temporarily suspended in Minin and Pozharsky Square; Varvarskaya Street, Minin Street, Alekseevskaya Street (from Minin and Pozharsky Square to Piskunov Street); Zelensky Exit, Shirokaya Street, and the Lower Volga Embankment (from Shirokaya Street to the Kazan exit).

      In connection with this, changes are planned for regular transport routes:

      - Bus routes 1, 4, 68, and electric bus routes E-9, E-13, E-17 will be organized from Varvarskaya Street along Piskunov Street, Ulyanova Street, Nesterova Street, and Bolshaya Pechorskaya Street to the final stop "River School"; in the opposite direction – from the initial stop "River School" along Piskunov Street, Varvarskaya Street;

      - Bus routes 3, 61, 70, 91 will be organized towards Freedom Square – along Pokhvalinsky Exit, Maslyakova Street, Gorky Square, Gorky Street, Osharskaya Street, Academician Blokhina Street, Varvarskaya Street; towards Kanavinsky Bridge – along Varvarskaya Street, Oktyabrskaya Street, Osharskaya Street, Gorky Street, Gorky Square, Gorky Street, Ilyinskaya Street, Malaya Pokrovskaya Street, Pokhvalinsky Exit;

      - Bus routes 13, 19, 24, 45, 74, 90, 242 will be organized towards Sennaya Square – along Pokhvalinsky Exit, Maslyakova Street, Gorky Square, Gorky Street, Osharskaya Street, Academician Blokhina Street, Varvarskaya Street, Piskunov Street, Minin Street; towards Kanavinsky Bridge – along Piskunov Street, Varvarskaya Street, Oktyabrskaya Street, Osharskaya Street, Gorky Street, Gorky Square, Gorky Street, Ilyinskaya Street, Malaya Pokrovskaya Street, Pokhvalinsky Exit;

      - Bus route 31 will be organized to the final stop "Chyorny Prud" – along Piskunov Street, Alekseevskaya Street, Oktyabrskaya Street, Osharskaya Street; in the opposite direction – from the initial stop "Chyorny Prud" along Piskunov Street;

      - Bus routes 40, 64, 92, 97, 130 will be organized along Piskunov Street in both directions;

      - Stops will be introduced on the specified routes at the locations of existing stopping points along the route;

      - Bus routes 71, 87, 95 will be temporarily shortened to the stop "Rozhdestvenskaya Street".
