There are still no volunteers to carry out a major renovation of school No. 93 in Nizhny Novgorod.

      On April 13, 2026, at 16:05 Society In Nizhny Novgorod, for the fourth time, it was not possible to determine a contractor for the major renovation of school No. 93. This information is posted on the state procurement portal. The latest electronic auction was declared unsuccessful — no applications were received for participation. It should be noted that "GlavUKS" has already made several attempts to conduct the procurement. The first two times the competition was announced in November and December 2025, but there were no takers for the work. In February 2026, an auction with a starting contract price of nearly 189 million rubles did attract one participant. They were declared the winner, but subsequently, they evaded signing the contract. The school building was constructed in 1939. It is a four-story brick structure with load-bearing walls without thermal insulation, wooden ceilings, and an attic hipped roof on a wooden truss system. Inside, there are built-in dining facilities, and a later extension adjoins the main building. The renovation is planned as part of the federal project "All the Best for Children," which is included in the national project "Youth and Children." Funding is provided from the city budget with the involvement of federal and regional subsidies for 2026-2027.
